Flexibility: In building sizes, appearances,
design loads and accessories
including floors. Standard building sizes range
from 6' to 30' wide and up to 10'-6" in
floor to ceiling height.
Floor Option: Every building
is available with or without a floor, permitting
the
building to be more exactly tailored to the
equipment being housed.
Expandability:
Full trusses on both end-walls permit fast modular
expansion to
accommodate future requirements.
Appearance:
Trachte steel buildings have a handsome, industrial
appearance and
are available with other appearance options
when necessary for faster zoning
approval and acceptance.
Complete
Structural Framework: Galvanized Channelframe
framework
engineered for the Design Loads required. No
self-framing panels.
Positive
Roof slope: Either gable or single
sloped for assured drainage and not
reliant on rubber or plastic membrane.
Permanence
of Steel Construction: All steel framework
and panel construction,
built with Life-Time Quality.
Non-Combustibility:
Trachte's all steel construction, with flush
steel liner on the
interior and steel exterior is recognized as
"non-combustible", and classified
as one
hour fire resistive throughout, rated Class
III-N per 1997 Uniform Building Code. 1,2 and
4 hour fire walls are available.
EMI/RFI
Shielding: Trachte's interior flush
metal liner on the walls and ceiling,
combined with exterior metal panels on the walls
and the roof, provide significant,
inherent EMI and RFI shielding, eliminating
the need for other extreme shielding
measures.
Lightweight:
The steel framed Trachte shelter achieves design
loads without the
extreme weight common with concrete shelters,
making them ideal for either ground
or roof top application and easier and less
expensive to deliver and place.
Warranty:
Trachte offers a full 2-year warranty on every
building with extended 10
and 20-year warranties available. The exterior
metal sidings have a Kynar 500 resin-based paint system applied over a Galvalume
substrate, warranted for 30 years against fading
and chalking and 40 years against peeling, checking,
or flaking.
Building
Design: At a minimum each building
is designed to meet the current editions of
IBC, UBC, NEC and other model codes. Trachte
obtains state approvals as required
and each building comes with a complete set
of building plans on AUTOCAD.
Quality
Assurance: Trachte Quality Assurance
(TQA) is a company-wide systems
approach to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
TQA includes all departments and
all aspects of the Trachte organization and
is vigorously supported from the top
down.
