The structure design and manufacture, as a minimum, conforms to ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) "Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures" and the MBMA (Metal Building Manufacturers Association) "Recommended Design Practices Manual".

The specified Trachte building is designed to support the following loads:

The building is a pre-assembled, metal-framed, noncombustible building by Trachte, Inc. Oregon, Wisconsin. Built to size and with accessories listed below:

Outside Building Shipping Dimensions: 15'4" x 26'10" x 13'0"

The building structure is assembled on a steel "No Floor" Perimeter Angle. The Perimeter Angle is designed to cap and anchor the building to an exact sized concrete slab or frost wall foundation with anchors supplied by Trachte.
