Trachte Announces Appointment of Brad Sloan as new Chief Operations Officer

We are pleased to announce that Brad Sloan has joined the organization as our Chief Operating Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Brad has over 25 years of experience across multiple industries in progressive leadership roles responsible for Operations and Engineering. Brad comes to us most recently from Dexter Axle where he was the VP of Operations where he drove a reduction in customer defects by 20%, drove on time delivery to 98.2% and reduced the TCIR rate by 33% over the past 3 years. Prior to Dexter, Brad has an extensive background in Operations, Engineering, Materials Management, Lean and Continuous Improvement with General Electric’s Medical Device Manufacturing, Gas Turbine Design and Manufacturing, Energy and Oil & Gas business units.

In this role Brad will be responsible for achieving financial objectives established to support the Private Equity investment thesis, elevate operations by streamlining processes, driving a continuous improvement mindset, and leveraging KPIs and data to make results-based decisions. He will develop and implement comprehensive safety & quality programs that comply with industry standards and regulations and encode them in Trachte values.

Other responsibilities include aligning operations and engineering capabilities to enable the expansion plan to enter new markets with new products, successfully integrate tuck-in acquisitions, and build and cultivate a robust best-in-class lean manufacturing/continuous improvement culture.
